A Fine Light Frame Around a Reception Table

A sheer garden light frame can create an intimate focal point for an evening gathering. The reference shows warm white strands before tied-back pale drapes, with foliage overhead and a cloth-covered table behind the lights. The drops remain visually open, allowing the garden and fabric layers to be seen together. This arrangement is useful as an appearance brief for event planners, venue decorators and hospitality garden projects. Review this garden reception-lighting reference with OSLENA as part of the venue’s decorative lighting brief.

The picture is not a measured installation or a complete supply list. Fabric, table linen, plants and the table belong to the setting. Confirm the ordered lighting, accessories and support arrangement separately; the image does not establish their technical specification.

Locate the Table Within the Guest Route

Decide whether the table is a display, reception desk or service point before positioning the light plane. Mark where guests approach and where staff need to reach it. An attractive illuminated frame should not force people to walk through strands or step over leads. Keep a clear opening appropriate to the actual event layout.

Review the scene with table linen, furniture and any signage in place. Fabric movement and table access can change the available space. For a temporary event, identify setup, operating and removal routes separately so equipment does not disturb the lighting each time the table is serviced.

Coordinate Sheer Fabric and Living Foliage

Sample the selected lights against the actual fabric colour and density. The drapes in this image catch the warm glow while the garden forms a darker layer behind them. A different fabric or background may give a different visual balance. Review the display from the main approach and from close to the table.

Have the installer and relevant suppliers confirm stable supports, suitable separation and venue requirements. Do not treat fabric tiebacks or growing branches as proven structural fixings. Account for foliage contact and growth, and keep access for gardening and drape adjustments. Photography highlights do not establish a guaranteed special sparkle function.

Specify Width and Vertical Drop from Measurements

Choose 3 × 1 m / 120 LEDs, 3 × 2 m / 240 LEDs, or 3 × 3 m / 300 LEDs as the standard width × drop option. State the size with its LED quantity. The reference does not identify which set or number of sets produced the photographed frame.

Measure the intended support height and lower edge. Although lights appear close to the ground in the picture, the actual installation needs an agreed clear lower zone away from feet, surface water and service equipment. Custom dimensions can be reviewed from a measured drawing showing the table, entrance and supporting structure.

Agree the Colour and Event Presentation

Warm White corresponds to the visible appearance. White, Blue, Green and RGB are available alternatives to specify. Compare a sample with the event palette and any other lamps. Camera exposure and surroundings affect the reference image, so it should not serve as a measured colour-temperature or brightness specification.

Choose 8 Modes or Steady On and confirm the supplied control arrangement with the selected colour and voltage. If the table will be photographed or filmed, review the sample with the intended equipment. Remote operation, synchronisation, dimming and memory functions require explicit confirmation when needed.

Prepare an Electrical Plan for Temporary Use

The supply options are separate 24 V, 110 V and 220–240 V builds. Tell OSLENA the actual site supply and destination market. Confirm plugs, power accessories and controllers in the quote. A listed voltage choice does not mean one set accepts all three supplies.

Cable colour is Transparent, with PVC and Rubber material options to confirm for the chosen construction. Show equipment locations and cable routes on the event drawing. Keep connections accessible without crossing the guest opening. The installer should review fixings and electrical arrangements under local requirements, with no mounting tension on joints.

Report Garden Exposure Before Ordering

The stated protection level is IP44. Describe rainfall, drainage, irrigation and the surface below the frame. Keep components clear of water jets and standing water. Connections and power equipment need suitable protection for their actual placement; fabric and foliage do not establish reliable weather cover.

Provide expected minimum temperature, wind exposure and humidity. Hanging fabric and strands can move together, so support and restraint require a site review. Include condensation or coastal air where relevant. The picture gives no wind-load or low-temperature rating, and the complete cable and power build must be assessed for the brief.

Make Setup and Repacking Repeatable

Inspect lights and connections before use, isolate power before maintenance and follow supplied instructions. Give the event team a configuration schedule so later replacement purchasing does not mix colours or voltages. For removal, retain location labels, let components dry and pack without tight bends or tension at joints.

Send the reference, table position, measured frame, support details and clear opening with size, LED total, colour, cable material, voltage, mode and quantity. Add accessories, packaging and market needs. Explore the Curtain Light collection and OSLENA project solutions for a coordinated event brief. Buyers sourcing several lighting categories can compare OSLENA’s decorative lighting products alongside the proposed garden reception curtain configuration.

Reception-Frame Questions

Is the table cloth included with the lights?

No. Table, linen and drapes are scene elements. Agree the lighting and any additional accessories separately.

Should lights be laid along the ground as shown?

Do not copy that placement without review. Keep the actual lower zone clear of feet, service activity and surface water.

Can branches support the frame?

Have the installer define stable supports and account for foliage movement and growth.

Which size gives 240 LEDs?

The 3 × 2 m option has 240 LEDs; 3 × 1 m has 120 and 3 × 3 m has 300.

Can a different frame width be requested?

Custom dimensions are available for confirmation. Provide finished measurements and the planned clear opening.

What should an outdoor-event RFQ include?

Include rain, wind, minimum temperature and moisture conditions alongside power, support, access and packaging requirements.
