For an open-air or partly enclosed shopping centre, provide expected minimum temperature and wind exposure. Discuss condensation and frame-surface protection in humid conditions. Agree checks of joints, suspension items and electrical connections before opening the display. Follow the confirmed cleaning and drying procedure before packing and inspect components before seasonal reuse.
