Build an Entrance Composition, Not a Wall of Identical Sets
Reception entrance icicle LEDs can create a warm decorative layer around the point where guests arrive. The supplied photographs show hanging light arrangements in event-style spaces, including an entrance structure and a broad overhead field. These are useful references for discussing depth, framing and viewpoint; they do not prove the exact set used in a proposed order.
For an event supplier, the product decision begins with the entrance composition. How much of the doorway should remain open? Where will signage, flowers or a printed backdrop sit? Which part of the decoration must be reached quickly when the venue changes over? Those answers make the configuration easier to specify. Discuss the reception entrance composition and wider event lighting brief with OSLENA and review commercial lighting solutions when coordinating this feature with other venue lighting.
Work from the Guest’s Main Viewpoint
Define the frame around the entrance
Mark the central opening and the areas where decorative strands may hang. Do not use the overall wall width as the light width if a doorway, screen or sign occupies part of it. For a freestanding feature, confirm the support dimensions with the structure supplier before selecting a light set.
Leave space for the other event elements
Layers should have planned separation. A light canopy immediately against reflective fabric may look different from one positioned in front of a dark wall. Check flowers, balloons and signage against the hanging envelope. The lighting should not be used to carry those items, and the final rigging needs an independent installation review.
Match the Set Pairing to the Backdrop Layout
The series offers the following width × drop configurations. Keep the associated LED count beside the chosen size when preparing the order, so similar-looking rows cannot be confused during packing or venue setup.
| Product Size | LED Quantity |
|---|---|
| 3 × 0.8 m | 128 LEDs |
| 3 × 1 m | 144 LEDs |
| 3 × 1.5 m | 180 LEDs |
| 3 × 2 m | 200 LEDs |
| 3 × 3 m | 304 LEDs |
| 4 × 0.3 m | 72 LEDs |
| 4 × 0.6 m | 120 LEDs |
| 5 × 0.4 m | 96 LEDs |
| 5 × 0.8 m | 168 LEDs |
| 5 × 1 m | 192 LEDs |
| 6 × 0.5 m | 150 LEDs |
| 10 × 0.3 m | 120 LEDs |
| 10 × 0.5 m | 200 LEDs |
| 10 × 0.8 m | 280 LEDs |
Repeat a pairing only where the measured opening supports it. If the scheme combines an overhead area with an entrance edge, list them as separate positions. More lamps across an entire set do not establish a stronger photographic effect: coverage, depth and the surrounding lighting all matter.
Agree on the Shape of the Hanging Edge
Choose Wave when an alternating lower outline is part of the design. Choose Horizontal when the intended boundary should remain level. Use a sketch to show how sections meet and where gaps are intentional. A general instruction such as “make it like the picture” leaves too much uncertainty about the actual drop and section count.
Warm White is the color selection for this listing. A numerical color-temperature target is not specified in the series data. If the event palette needs a precise match, document it and use a sample approval rather than treating two warm-light photographs as evidence of the same color.
Approve Appearance with the Camera and Venue Lighting
Check people and branding in the composition
Review the sample arrangement from the guest entrance and the photographer’s planned position. Confirm that the light field does not hide wording on the backdrop or dominate the intended subject. Decorative lighting should be judged alongside the venue’s working lights, especially where exposure settings will be fixed for the event.
Test the actual operating behavior
Steady On and 8 Modes are available options. The first is a constant-light choice; the second requires confirmation of its sequences. This product page does not establish camera-flicker performance, dimming, remote control or synchronization. If any of those functions is required, make it a written condition to review with the selected configuration.
Prepare an Event-Ready Supply List
The input choices are 24V, 110V and 220–240V. Specify the destination and available supply, then ask which plugs, controllers and power accessories belong in the quotation. Do not assume an illustrated scene includes every item the site crew will need.
Choose Transparent, White or Black cable to coordinate with the backdrop and rigging. PVC and Rubber are material alternatives. Cable appearance and material should be recorded together, while any exposure or temperature requirement should be checked using relevant component information.
IP44 is the product rating. Temporary use does not remove the need to assess the assembly’s location. Describe rain access, washing, water pooling and the position of electrical equipment where relevant. The decoration is not offered here as an immersed or unrestricted-weather installation.
Reduce Confusion During Venue Changeovers
Use a placement list showing each section, its size/count pairing and its accessories. Label sets by their configuration and intended position, keeping the labels consistent with the drawing. The installer should agree on access, mounting and removal with the venue before the first event.
For a supplier serving recurring events, retain the approved sample reference and accepted behavior. That reference helps distinguish a visual design change from a replacement request. A new venue still needs its own dimensional and electrical review, even if the decorative concept is reused.
Answers for Event Procurement Teams
Does the photograph identify the package dimensions?
No. Measure the frame or backdrop opening and select a listed pairing. Perspective and nearby decorations cannot establish the set dimensions.
Can lights and floral elements share the same supports?
The installer must approve the supporting arrangement and loading. Do not suspend other décor from the product cables.
What needs to be confirmed before shipment?
Check quantity by configuration, Warm White appearance, outline pattern, voltage, cable finish, operating mode and accessory scope. Include the accepted layout or sample reference so the packing and installation teams use the same specification. Buyers sourcing several lighting categories can compare OSLENA’s decorative lighting products alongside the proposed reception entrance icicle configuration.
