A Warm Light Layer Against Cream Drapes

A warm fabric backdrop can give an indoor welcome lounge a softer focal point. The reference shows warm white curtain LEDs falling in front of pale cream drapes, with a broad-leaf potted plant at the left and a wooden floor below. The fabric provides a continuous background, while the vertical points create a lighter rhythm in front of it. This is a useful starting image for reception interiors, event lounges and commercial welcome areas. Review this welcome-lounge lighting reference with OSLENA as part of the venue’s decorative lighting brief.

The pictured fabric and plant are styling elements, not part of the curtain-light supply. The photo does not confirm a fabric specification, installed size or electrical accessories. Describe the desired appearance, then define the lighting build and supporting materials separately.

Choose the Background as Part of the Interior

Compare a light sample with the actual drape colour and texture. Pale fabric can make the display feel different from a dark wall or a window, so a photograph from another room is not a final approval sample. Review the effect from the entrance and from the nearest seats, with the venue’s normal lighting switched on.

Determine whether the fabric is a permanent interior finish or a temporary event backdrop. If curtains need to open, identify their movement and access before locating the light strands. The installer should review support and separation with the relevant suppliers and venue requirements. Do not assume the fabric itself is a suitable structural support.

Keep the Lower Edge Clear of the Room

The wood floor in the reference helps define the display’s lower boundary. Choose a clear lower edge that avoids feet, cleaning equipment and furniture moves. Keep the plant outside the cable route and allow staff to water or move it without disturbing the lights. If the backdrop sits behind reception seating, assess the arrangement with chairs occupied and pulled out.

Mark sockets, doorways, curtain controls and maintenance access on the room drawing. The decorative plane should remain separate from the normal circulation route. Agree stable support points with the installer rather than relying on fabric folds or loose furnishings to hold strands in position.

Match the Backdrop to a Defined Size

Standard dimensions are width × vertical drop: 3 × 1 m with 120 LEDs, 3 × 2 m with 240 LEDs and 3 × 3 m with 300 LEDs. Select the size and corresponding LED total together. The image does not show which standard option was installed.

Measure usable width and the distance from the proposed support to the planned lower edge. A shallow curtain can accent the upper portion of the drapes; a deeper one creates a fuller vertical field. Custom sizes are available for confirmation where the room differs from the standard width. LED quantity is not a measured brightness specification.

Agree Warm White and Operating Mode

Warm White matches the reference appearance. White, Blue, Green and RGB are alternative colour configurations in the range. Evaluate the chosen sample with the interior palette rather than assuming a measured colour temperature from the image. Star-like highlights are photographic appearance, not a guaranteed special effect.

Select 8 Modes or Steady On and confirm the controller supplied with the chosen colour and voltage. A steady presentation can be assessed for reception seating, while animation should be reviewed against the room’s use. Dimming, remote operation and mode memory require separate confirmation.

Define Cable and Power Equipment

Cable colour is Transparent. PVC and Rubber are material options for the agreed construction; transparency does not establish the material in the photograph. Specify the selected build for quotation rather than leaving the choice implicit.

The input options are separate 24 V, 110 V or 220–240 V versions. Give the destination market, local supply and required plugs or power accessories. Locate controllers and equipment where they remain accessible without pulling the fabric aside in an unsafe or impractical way. Confirm which accessories are included in the order.

Review Moisture, Cleaning and Seasonal Conditions

IP44 is the stated protection level. Indoor use still needs a review of plant watering, damp cleaning and any condensation near walls or windows. Keep components away from water jets and standing water; connections and power equipment need suitable placement and protection of their own.

If the same backdrop will later move to a different venue or exposed area, report expected rain, minimum temperature, wind and humidity before reuse. The complete cable, connector and power arrangement must be reviewed for those conditions. Fabric suitability and any venue requirements should be confirmed separately rather than inferred from this decorative reference.

Plan Handling and a Clear Purchase Brief

Inspect strands and connections before operation. Isolate the supply before maintenance, follow supplied instructions and coordinate fabric cleaning with lighting access. For event changeovers, label sets by size and voltage, let components dry and pack without tight bends or tension at joints. Request handling, packing and labelling guidance with the quotation.

Send the room drawing, fabric reference, measurements, support positions and clear lower edge. List colour, size, LED total, cable material, voltage, mode, quantity, accessories and destination-market needs. Compare the LED Curtain Light collection and OSLENA project solutions when preparing the welcome-area scheme. Buyers sourcing several lighting categories can compare OSLENA’s decorative lighting products alongside the proposed welcome-lounge curtain configuration.

Indoor Backdrop Questions

Is the cream fabric included?

No. It is part of the scene. Specify fabric, supports and agreed lighting accessories separately.

Can the lights be supported by the drapes?

Have the installer and relevant suppliers review stable supports, separation and venue requirements.

Which option has a 3 m drop?

The standard 3 × 3 m curtain has 300 LEDs; 3 × 2 m has 240, and 3 × 1 m has 120.

Does the picture establish colour temperature?

No. It shows a warm white appearance. Approve the intended sample against the actual room materials.

What should be checked beside a plant?

Keep watering and plant movement clear of cables and equipment, and include moisture exposure in the installation review.

Can the backdrop be reused outdoors?

Request review for the new rain, cold, wind and moisture conditions before reuse; the indoor reference does not establish outdoor suitability.
