Warm White LED Curtain Lights for Terrace Wall Displays

Warm white LED curtain lights form vertical strands against brickwork behind terrace lounge seating. Transparent cable leaves the wall texture visible. This arrangement suits decorative wall displays in hotels, restaurants and café terraces.

The photograph illustrates a setting, not measured performance. Confirm size, voltage and mode against the brief; furniture and plants are not supplied.

Choose the Width and Drop Around the Seating Plan

Start with the width of the wall section to be decorated, then measure from the proposed support down to the lowest acceptable point. The standard width is 3 m; the choice is how far the curtain drops. A 1 m drop can form a shallow decorative band, while a 2 m or 3 m drop fills more vertical space. The right choice depends on mounting height and clearance, rather than the venue name.

Check the layout with chairs pulled out and tables in their service positions. Strands should remain clear of guests, staff routes and cleaning equipment. For a wider wall, plan the visual coverage in sections and identify where cables return to the supply. The quotation should define the electrical arrangement separately from the number of sets needed to cover the wall.

Three Sizes with Defined LED Quantities

Dimensions are width × drop height. Select the size and its corresponding LED quantity together:

Product dimensionsTotal LED quantity
3 × 1 m120 LEDs
3 × 2 m240 LEDs
3 × 3 m300 LEDs

A higher total is not a brightness rating. Viewing distance, the background and surrounding venue lighting also affect the result; assess a sample if the visual balance is important. Custom sizes are available. Provide finished width and height so the final arrangement and LED quantity can be confirmed.

Match the Display to Its Commercial Setting

Hotel terraces and restaurant lounge walls

Behind a seating group, the curtain can establish a consistent decorative background across several tables. Keep access to the wall and power equipment practical for inspections. Choose the display from the guest viewing position as well as from the entrance, and retain separate lighting for circulation and service tasks. Review this terrace seating and decorative background brief with OSLENA as part of the venue’s decorative lighting brief.

Retail windows and seasonal reception displays

For a window or event background, check how the strands interact with lettering, merchandise and camera framing. Warm White matches this reference; White, Blue, Green and RGB are alternative colour configurations. If photography or filming is central to the event, evaluate the selected sample with the intended equipment rather than assuming camera compatibility.

Specify Power, Cable and Light Modes Before Quotation

24V, 110V and 220–240V are separate electrical configurations. A product built for one supply does not automatically accept another. State the destination market, site supply and required plug or power accessories. Confirm their inclusion and placement in the quotation.

The cable colour for this product is Transparent. PVC and Rubber are material options to confirm for the selected build and installation conditions. Transparency describes appearance; it does not establish weather performance. The reference image cannot identify the cable material.

Select 8 Modes or Steady On for the order. Confirm mode availability for the chosen colour and power configuration, particularly RGB. Dimming, remote control and memory functions are outside the stated specification unless separately confirmed.

Plan for Rain, Cold, Wind and Humidity

IP44 and water exposure

IP44 provides splash protection, not permission for immersion or unrestricted outdoor exposure. Describe direct rain, irrigation spray and drainage around the wall. Connections, controllers and power equipment need suitable protection and placement of their own. Keep electrical parts away from standing water and water jets.

Cold-weather configuration

Provide the expected minimum temperature and operating season. OSLENA can review the cable, connector and power configuration against that brief before the order is agreed. A photograph cannot establish a minimum temperature rating, and selecting a sheath material alone does not prove cold-weather suitability.

Wind and fixing arrangements

Free-hanging strands may move in wind. Identify whether the wall is sheltered or exposed, and agree support points and any strand restraint with the installer. Fixings must suit the wall material and local requirements. Electrical joints should not carry installation loads; wind suitability depends on the complete arrangement.

Humidity and condensation

Include persistent dampness, condensation and coastal exposure in the brief where relevant. Review corrosion and connection protection, and leave equipment accessible for inspection. Moisture conditions require assessment even when the terrace is covered.

Installation Checks, Maintenance and Seasonal Storage

Agree the mounting and cable route before installation, keeping the supply accessible without trailing leads through guest routes. Electrical work should follow the confirmed configuration and local requirements. Before use, inspect strands and connections for damage. Isolate the supply before maintenance and follow the supplied cleaning instructions.

For seasonal removal, allow components to dry before packing and avoid tight bends or tension at joints. Ask for the packing arrangement and handling guidance in the quotation; carton dimensions and delivery dates depend on the confirmed order.

Prepare a Clear Curtain Light RFQ

Send the reference image with the following details:

  • Standard size and matching LED quantity, or requested custom dimensions.
  • Light colour, voltage, cable material and operating mode.
  • Quantity for each configuration and destination market.
  • Wall layout, mounting height and available supply position.
  • Rain, minimum temperature, wind and humidity conditions.
  • Required electrical accessories, packaging and labelling.

List different configurations on separate lines. For a broader scheme, explore our LED Curtain Light range or discuss the application through OSLENA project solutions. Buyers sourcing several lighting categories can compare OSLENA’s decorative lighting products alongside the proposed terrace-wall curtain configuration.

Questions Buyers Ask About This Terrace Display

Which colour matches the photographed wall?

Warm White matches its appearance. White, Blue, Green and RGB are alternative order options, not colours combined in the pictured set.

Which size should we specify behind lounge seating?

Measure the support-to-clearance distance. Choose 3 × 1 m / 120 LEDs, 3 × 2 m / 240 LEDs or 3 × 3 m / 300 LEDs against that space.

Can the curtain be made for a different wall width?

Yes, custom sizes are available for confirmation. Send width, drop height, quantities and the layout before requesting the final specification.

Can we use it on an uncovered terrace?

Share the actual rain, wind, cold and moisture exposure. IP44 alone does not settle suitability of the complete installation or its power equipment.

Is one product compatible with all three voltages?

No. 24V, 110V and 220–240V are separate configurations. Identify the site supply and any required power accessories in the RFQ.

What should be included in the quotation?

Specify the lights, agreed accessories, mode, packing and labelling. Mounting arrangements need separate agreement; the wall, furniture and plants in the photo are not supplied.
